These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and mrace88. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mrace88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. mrace88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification may be required at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any third party.
4. You have not been subject to a prior self-exclusion order on mrace88 or any related platform that remains in effect.
5. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), nor are you subject to sanctions under applicable international law that would prohibit you from engaging in financial transactions.
6. You have not been diagnosed with problem gambling or identified as a compulsive gambler by a recognised healthcare professional and have not requested self-exclusion from gambling services.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to update your information promptly whenever it changes. mrace88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying mrace88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

mrace88 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Banking section of the Platform for current minimums.
• Deposits are credited to your Real-Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mrace88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is approved.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal of associated winnings. Attempting to withdraw with an incomplete wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.
• mrace88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed daily or weekly limits, or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.

mrace88 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and crypto deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

1. One bonus per household / IP address / device: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per individual. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
3. Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages. Refer to individual promotion terms for details.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on each promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
5. Minimum deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit of RM50 applies to most welcome bonus offers unless stated otherwise.
6. Abuse: mrace88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void related winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on mrace88 across casino games, live dealer tables, and the sportsbook. Event-specific or game-specific rules are published within the relevant game interfaces and sports betting markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mrace88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where provided by specific in-play rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by Account tier.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, mrace88 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the relevant stakes to Player Accounts. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will be voided.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise unable to reach a natural conclusion, mrace88's sportsbook rules — as published on the Platform — will govern the settlement of affected bets. In most cases, stakes on cancelled events will be refunded.
• mrace88 covers major domestic and international football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC, among others. Market availability is subject to change.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mrace88 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended and all balances withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other competitive format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings or bonus credits;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through use of the Platform;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mrace88 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you have no authorisation.

All content on the mrace88 Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software code, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of mrace88 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any mrace88 trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mrace88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings;
• Data loss or corruption resulting from technical issues;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mrace88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

mrace88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The Player's Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the restriction of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mrace88 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, withdrawable funds will be returned to the Player via their most recent payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Real-Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the mrace88 Platform — including disputes relating to account decisions, bonus credits, game outcomes, payment processing, or these Terms — the following escalation process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
2. Internal Review: Disputes are reviewed by a senior case officer. A preliminary response will be provided within five (5) business days. Complex cases may require up to fourteen (14) business days for full investigation.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to senior management. A final written decision will be communicated within a further seven (7) business days.

mrace88's records of all transactions, game outcomes, and Account activity shall be the primary source of evidence in any dispute. In the case of a discrepancy between a player's records and mrace88's server logs, the server logs shall be considered authoritative, absent clear evidence of system error.

mrace88 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, without prior notice to individual Players. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page, with the "Last Reviewed" date updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended provision, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
